Robert "Jeff" Boyd, 75, passed away after a brave battle with vascular dementia.
Jeff retired in 2015 from Carpenter in Lakeland, Florida, where he worked as a machine operator. He was an avid sports fan who supported the Pittsburgh Steelers and cherished watching his grandchildren participate in sports. Above all, he loved spending time with his family.
Jeff was married to the love of his life, Karen, in 1974. He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen; his son, Roy Boyd; his mother; and his brother, Scott.
He is survived by his son, Brad Boyd (Jessica); his daughter, Roxanne Walsh; and his grandchildren, Megan, Nevaeh, and Dylan. He is also survived by his sister, Tina St. Preux, as well as extended family and his best friend, Freddie McClellan. In his later years, after moving from Lakeland to Wisconsin to join his son and daughter-in-law, he enjoyed hiking and catching up with loved ones over the phone.
The family extends their sincere thanks to everyone who helped care for Jeff over the last few years, including Dr. Timothy Deering at UW Family Medicine, the Agrace Hospice team, and the friends who offered support and companionship.
As an expression of sympathy, cards and flowers may be sent to: 121 Huron St. Randolph, WI 53965
